REVOLUTION

Revolution is designed to make an impact upon the whole body. Lower body, upper body and core are all pushed to the limits in their own dedicated rounds.

POWER

This KettleFit workout is carefully choreographed to combine kettlebell moves with a challenging body weight exercise which completes each round. Your stamina will grow with this workout.

RISE

Rise is the ultimate leg day workout. With hard work and attention to form demonstrated by our instructors, your glutes and thighs will really feel this workout!

STRENGTH

Strength has been designed to test the endurance of each participant. It removes the typical rest period and puts your kettlebell and body weight exercises back to back. Our finisher round is a real heart racer too.

BREAKTHROUGH

KettleFit Breakthrough uses the largest variety of kettlebell moves to optomise the strength and toning of the whole body. The core round is the perfect way to activate your abs.
