I have been an active member of the gym for several years and love to attend a range of classes. I used to find a kettle-bell class boring and repetitive, that was until I tried KettleFit. It is now a fun and challenging class where I know I will always do different workouts and put every muscle in my body to work. KettleFit has completely changed the way I view this type of class and I now attend at least 3 KettleFit classes per week at my local gym. I find it so great because in 20 minutes I feel like this class gets me burning fat and toning my muscles at the same time. It’s a quick but effective workout – and also extremely tiring! I recently completed a 90 day transformation with my local gym where I incorporated 3 KettleFit classes per week into my training programme. As a guy I always loved doing weights and found that most gym classes tend to be for women – not KettleFit. This is not a dancing or coordinated workout class, its simple kettle-bell and body weight exercises that gets your heart pumping and muscles working. KettleFit is also a workout for everyone, men and women of all ages and abilities. KettleFit is my busiest class. Many of my clients with time constraints and cant always make the gym do the workouts at home.
