I have been an active member of the gym for several years and love to attend a range of classes. I used to find a kettle-bell class boring and repetitive, that was until I tried KettleFit. It is now a fun and challenging class where I know I will always do different workouts and put every muscle in my body to work. KettleFit has completely changed the way I view this type of class and I now attend at least 3 KettleFit classes per week at my local gym. I find it so great because in 20 minutes I feel like this class gets me burning fat and toning my muscles at the same time. It’s a quick but effective workout – and also extremely tiring! I would 100% recommend KettleFit to regular gym users and people who are trying out classes for the first time – there is always a starting point and you can measure your progress with the range of kettle-bell weights available. If you’re tired of the boring and repetitive kettle-bell classes your gym runs, then you need to find a KettleFit class near you!

I recently completed a 90 day transformation with my local gym where I incorporated 3 KettleFit classes per week into my training programme. As a guy I always loved doing weights and found that most gym classes tend to be for women – not KettleFit. This is not a dancing or coordinated workout class, its simple kettle-bell and body weight exercises that gets your heart pumping and muscles working. KettleFit is also a workout for everyone, men and women of all ages and abilities. As you can see from my picture, KettleFit allowed me to get the cardio I needed while still helping to build muscle in the main areas of my body. The classes are simple, fast and effective. If you haven’t tried KettleFit already then I highly recommend you try it now.
